KSE-100 index falls by 483 points in mid-day trading

KARACHI: The benchmark KSE-100 index of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has plunged by 483 points in mid-day trading on Friday mainly on profit taking.

 

 

The KSE-100 index fell by 483 points or 1.17 percent at 12.00 PM and is trading at 40,850 points.

Analysts said that the latest fall was mainly due to profit taking.

They said that from January to till date the KSE-100 index gained over 4,500 points. Now the investors are mainly opted for profit taking.
