KARACHI: State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has said that banks will remain closed on Monday January 02, 2023 for public dealing.
The central bank in a notification stated that SBP will remain closed for public dealing on Monday January 02, 2023, which will be observed as bank holiday.
All banks, development financial institutions, microfinance banks shall, therefore, remain closed for public dealing on the aforementioned date.
“However, employees of the banks, DFIs and MFBs will attend the office as usual,” the central bank added.
