According to sources close to the former couple, tensions have escalated as they struggle to agree on the fate of the $60.8 million property they purchased together in May 2023.
Ben and Jennifer, who were married in 2022 and parted ways in 2024, had invested heavily in the 5.2-acre estate, hoping it would serve as a long-term home.
