MG Pakistan has unveiled its locally assembled MG HS PHEV at the PAPS 2024, organized by PAAPAM, marking a significant milestone after the introduction of the Cyberster.
Pre-bookings are now open for this much-anticipated electric-hybrid SUV, with a booking amount set at Rs 2 million.
Power and Performance
The MG HS PHEV combines a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine with an electric motor, delivering a total output of 260 horsepower and 370 Nm of torque. This powerful setup enables the SUV to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 7.1 seconds, facilitated by a 10-speed EDU2 automatic transmission for smooth and efficient performance.
Fuel Efficiency and Range
Fuel efficiency is a standout feature, offering up to 58.8 km/L under WLTP standards, which translates to substantial fuel savings. Equipped with a 16.6 kWh battery, the HS PHEV provides an electric-only range ideal for daily commutes, reducing fossil fuel reliance and catering to eco-conscious drivers.
