PIA Set to Resume Flights to Europe After Four Years
KARACHI: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is poised to resume flights to Europe, marking its return to the region after a suspension of over four years. Starting January 10, 2025, the national carrier will operate twice-weekly flights between Islamabad and Paris on Boeing 777 aircraft. Ticket bookings will commence on December 7, 2024.

Pakistan is anticipated to raise petroleum product prices starting December 1, 2024, as global oil prices continue to climb. The price adjustment will follow the routine fortnightly review of petroleum prices, with the updated rates scheduled for announcement on November 30, 2024. These revised prices will be effective from December 1 to December 15, 2024.
