Elite’s Final Season Premieres July 26 on Netflix

The long-awaited final season of the hit series Elite is set to premiere on Netflix on July 26. The streaming giant made the announcement on Wednesday, June 12, unveiling details that promise an exhilarating conclusion to the fan-favorite show.

According to Netflix, “Las Encinas will open its doors one last time in a new 8-episode season full of secrets, rivalries, corruption, and excess in the purest Elite style.”

Elite, a creation of Carlos Montero and Jaime Vaca, first captivated audiences in 2018. The series is set in the prestigious, fictional high school Las Encinas and follows the intricate lives and dramas of three working-class students who win scholarships to the elite institution.

Season 8 introduces a fresh twist with the arrival of siblings Emilia and Héctor Krawietz, who head the Las Encinas alumni association. Their presence threatens to disrupt the established order of the school, setting the stage for intense confrontations. Omar, one of the series’ central figures, emerges as the only one capable of challenging the Krawietz siblings, determined to see them fall.

The final season’s cast features a blend of familiar faces and newcomers. Returning stars include André Lamoglia, Ander Puig, Carmen Arrufat, Fernando Líndez, Gleb Abrosimov, Iván Mendes, Maribel Verdú, Mina el Hammani, Mirela Balić, Nadia Al Saidi, Omar Ayuso, and Valentina Zenere. They are joined by new additions Alexandra Pino, Ane Rot, Mario Ermito, and Nuno Gallego, among others.

As the series draws to a close, fans can expect the signature blend of drama, intrigue, and high-stakes tension that has made Elite a global sensation. With its final bow, Elite promises to deliver a season packed with the same intense storytelling and complex character dynamics that have defined it from the start.

Mark your calendars for July 26, as Elite’s final season promises an unforgettable conclusion to the saga of Las Encinas.
