ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) notified the transfers and postings of 52 officers of the Inland Revenue Service (IRS) in a major reshuffle on Saturday.
The FBR reshuffled IRS officers from BS-16 to BS-20. The following officers have been transferred and posted to new place of work:
01. Bakhtiar Muhammad (Inland Revenue Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Chief, (IR-Operations-I) Federal Board of Revenue (Hq), Islamabad. He is also assigned the additional charge of the post of Chief (IPMU)(HRM Wing), FBR (HQ), Islamabad till further order. He is transferred from the post of Chief, (IPMU) Federal Board of Revenue (Hq), Islamabad.
02. Dr. Khalid Mahmood Lodhi (Inland Revenue Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Commissioner Inland Revenue Inland Revenue (Appeals-III), Islamabad from the post of Commissioner, (BTB) Regional Tax Office, Islamabad.
03. Zafar Iqbal Khan (Inland Revenue Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Commissioner Inland Revenue (Corporate Zone) Regional Tax Office, Rawalpindi from the post of Chief, (Inland Revenue Operations-I) Federal Board of Revenue (Hq), Islamabad.
04. Muhammad Asim Halim (Inland Revenue Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Commissioner Inland Revenue (Multan Zone) Regional Tax Office, Multan from the post of Commissioner, (Sialkot Zone) Regional Tax Office, Sialkot.
05. Zulfiqar Ahmad (Inland Revenue Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Commissioner Inland Revenue (AEOI Zone) Large Taxpayers Unit, Islamabad from the post of Commissioner, (Zone-I) Large Taxpayers Unit, Islamabad.
06. Ms. Shabana Mumtaz (Inland Revenue Service/BS-20) has been transferred and posted as Commissioner Inland Revenue (BTB) Regional Tax Office, Islamabad from the post of Commissioner, Inland Revenue (Appeals-III), Islamabad.
07. Murtaza Siddique Khan (Inland Revenue Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner Inland Revenue Regional Tax Office, Gujranwala from the post of Secretary, Federal Board of Revenue (Hq), Islamabad.
08. Munir Sadiq (Inland Revenue Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Commissioner Inland Revenue (OPS) (Zone-I) Large Taxpayers Unit, Islamabad from the post of Secretary, (Inland Revenue Operations) Federal Board of Revenue (Hq), Islamabad.
09. Jibran Masroor (Inland Revenue Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Commissioner Inland Revenue (OPS) (WHT) Regional Tax Office, Sialkot from the post of Additional Commissioner, Large Taxpayers Unit, Lahore.
10. Irfan Ali (Inland Revenue Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner Inland Revenue (AEOI Zone) Large Taxpayers Unit, Karachi from the post of Additional Commissioner, Large Taxpayers Unit-II, Karachi.
11. Abdul Malik Durrani (Inland Revenue Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner Inland Revenue Regional Tax Office, Quetta from the post of Additional Commissioner, Regional Tax Office, Islamabad.
12. Ms. Sajida Kausar (Inland Revenue Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Secretary, (EOI) (International Taxes) (IR-Policy Wing) Federal Board of Revenue (Hq), Islamabad from the post of Secretary, (Inland Revenue Operations) Federal Board of Revenue (Hq), Islamabad.
13. Syed Khalid Shah (Inland Revenue Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner Inland Revenue Regional Tax Office, Sargodha from the post of Additional Commissioner, Regional Tax Office, Peshawar.
14. Sanaullah Nawazani (Inland Revenue Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner Inland Revenue Regional Tax Office II, Karachi from the post of Additional Commissioner, Large Taxpayers Unit, Karachi.
15. Ms. Bushra Fatima (Inland Revenue Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Additional Director, Directorate of Internal Audit (Inland Revenue), Lahore from the post of Additional Commissioner, Regional Tax Office II, Lahore.
16. Sardar Temur Khan Durrani (Inland Revenue Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner Inland Revenue Corporate Regional Tax Office, Karachi from the post of Additional Commissioner, Large Taxpayers Unit, Karachi.
17. Riaz Ali Shah (Inland Revenue Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner Inland Revenue Regional Tax Office III, Karachi from the post of Additional Commissioner, Regional Tax Office, Hyderabad.
18. Muhammad Arif (Inland Revenue Service/BS-19) The officer was transferred as ADCIR, LTU, Karachi vide Board’s Notification No. 0142-IR-I/2019 dated 14.01.2019 which may be read as ADCIR, LTU-II, Karachi. Additional Director, Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation (Inland Revenue), Karachi.
19. Mazhar Irshad Khan (Inland Revenue Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner Inland Revenue (AEOI Zone) Large Taxpayers Unit, Islamabad from the post of Additional Commissioner, Large Taxpayers Unit, Islamabad.
20. Asad Bilal Jehangir (Inland Revenue Service/BS-19) has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner Inland Revenue Large Taxpayers Unit, Islamabad from the post of Additional Commissioner, Regional Tax Office, Peshawar.

The FBR said that the Officers who are drawing performance allowance prior to issuance of this notification shall continue to draw this allowance on the new place of posting.
