For those who pre-order the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, Samsung is offering a complimentary set of Galaxy Buds 2 Pro worth Rs49,000.
However, this offer will only be valid until April 10th, 2023, the last day to pre-order the phone.
In Pakistan, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra was launched on February 2, 2023, and is currently available for purchase at a price of Rs.560,000 for the 512GB internal storage and 12GB RAM variant.
The device is offered in four captivating colors, namely Cream, Green, Lavender, and Phantom Black.
According to Samsung Pakistan, the company is offering a special promotion where customers who pre-order an eligible product model through the Samsung E-store or other officially announced modes (listed in Annexure A) may receive a gift at Samsung’s discretion.
This offer is valid from February 28, 2023, until March 26, 2023, or while stocks last till the offer period.
The promotion is only applicable to the Eligible Product Model officially launched by Samsung in Pakistan and sold through its authorized distributors/retailers in Pakistan. Furthermore, it is subject to availability, and the free gift is at Samsung’s absolute discretion.
Customers who complete their purchase pursuant to a pre-order and accept delivery for the eligible product model may be eligible to receive a free gift according to the table provided by Samsung.
Customers who pre-order an eligible product model from the Samsung E-store must pay the full price of the product using online payment options such as credit/debit cards or other advance payment modes available on the E-store.
For pre-orders made through other mode(s), customers must make an advance payment of the full price of the eligible product model, known as the pre-order amount.
Once payment is made, the customer will receive a pre-order confirmation receipt (Confirmation Receipt) that should be kept as proof of purchase.
The confirmation receipt must be presented to Samsung/Authorized distributor or retailer when acquiring the eligible product model and the gift. Samsung and its authorized distributors/retailers will not be responsible for any costs or damages incurred due to the loss of the confirmation receipt.
To claim the gift for a pre-order made through other mode(s), customers must follow these steps:
i. After receiving the eligible product model, the customer should activate it and log in to the Samsung Members application. The application will display a voucher code, which the customer must click on to access a customized promotions page on the E-store.
ii. The Customer must provide their delivery and contact details on the promotions page and enter the voucher code to confirm delivery of the Gift.
iii. After completing the above process, the customer will receive a confirmation call from the Samsung support helpline. If the customer cannot be reached after three attempts, the order for the gift will be cancelled.
iv. The voucher code is only valid between 1st April and 30th May 2023. Any unused voucher code after the expiration date will be forfeited, and no claims will be entertained.
