Gold prices in Pakistan fall by Rs10,800 per tola on October 31

Domestic bullion rates decline sharply as international gold prices drop by $108 per ounce to $3,872.

Gold prices in Pakistan declined by Rs10,800 per tola on Saturday, October 31, 2026, following a sharp decrease in international bullion rates, according to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association (APGJSA).

The price of 24-karat gold fell to Rs409,736 per tola, compared with the previous closing rate of Rs420,136. The latest decline reflects continued downward movement in domestic bullion market prices.

Similarly, the price of 24-karat gold per 10 grams decreased by Rs9,259 to Rs351,282, against the previous closing price of Rs360,541.

The decline in local gold rates followed a substantial drop in the international market, where bullion prices fell by $108 per ounce to $3,872 from the previous closing level of $3,980.

The latest movement in international prices was reflected in Pakistan’s domestic bullion market, resulting in lower rates for both per-tola and 10-gram gold.

Gold prices in Pakistan generally follow movements in the international bullion market, alongside changes in the local currency exchange rate and domestic market conditions. Consequently, fluctuations in global prices can influence local jewellery and investment costs.

The latest reduction provides some relief to consumers and buyers who have been facing elevated gold prices. However, market participants will continue to monitor international bullion movements for further direction.
