Gold prices remain unchanged at Rs439,036 per tola on October 19, 2026

Pakistan’s gold market remains steady as international bullion prices hold at $4,165 per ounce amid geopolitical uncertainty and inflation concerns.

Karachi, October 19, 2026: Gold prices in Pakistan remained unchanged on Monday, with 24-karat gold trading at Rs439,036 per tola amid stable international bullion prices.

According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold remained at Rs439,036 per tola in local bullion markets. Similarly, the price of 24-karat gold per 10 grams stayed unchanged at Rs376,402.

In the international market, gold prices also remained steady at $4,165 per ounce, contributing to the absence of movement in domestic bullion rates.

Bullion market experts attributed the stability in local gold prices to stagnant international rates. However, they noted that geopolitical uncertainties and persistent inflation concerns continued to influence investor sentiment, keeping gold prices vulnerable to fluctuations.

Gold is widely regarded as a safe-haven asset during periods of economic uncertainty, although changes in global market conditions, interest-rate expectations and currency movements can affect its price.

For Pakistani buyers and investors, stable prices offer a temporary pause after recent market fluctuations. Nevertheless, developments in international bullion markets and movements in the rupee-dollar exchange rate will remain important factors influencing domestic gold prices in the coming sessions.

Market participants will continue monitoring global economic indicators and geopolitical developments for signs of the next significant move in gold prices.
