The supermodel transformed herself into a giant severed hand featuring exposed veins and blood for her annual Halloween party in New York.
Heidi Klum has stunned fans with another extraordinary Halloween transformation, arriving at her annual star-studded party in New York City on October 31, 2026, wearing a gruesome costume inspired by her own left hand.
Known as the Queen of Halloween, the supermodel turned heads in an enormous recreation of a severed hand, complete with fake blood, exposed veins and her wedding rings.
Heidi revealed the first look at her unusual costume on social media before explaining its inspiration during an interview with E! News on the red carpet.
“I mean literally, my left hand inspired me,” she said.
Explaining how the idea came about, Heidi said she had looked at her hand and wondered how she could fit her entire body inside it. Her team eventually worked out a way to bring the unusual concept to life.
The transformation required around six hours for Heidi to get ready on the day of the event. However, the costume itself took months of preparation, involving numerous people.
The Project Runway star had previously teased that her 2026 Halloween outfit would be “very, very bloody”, raising expectations among fans.
Heidi has built a reputation for elaborate Halloween transformations over the years. In 2025, she appeared as Medusa in a detailed mythological costume that reportedly took months to complete.
Speaking about last year’s creation, she revealed that around 15 people had worked on the costume, with every detail carefully hand-painted.
