However, cloudy weather with rain, wind, and thunderstorms (with light snowfall over mountains) is expected in isolated areas of Gilgit-Baltistan, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, the Pothohar region, and Kashmir. Smog and fog patches are likely to persist in central and southern Punjab and isolated plain areas of upper Sindh.
