The Wuthering Heights actor also revealed difficult behind-the-scenes details from filming the disturbing coffin sequence.
Elordi explained that he had to lie inside a tight coffin while production crews sealed the lid during filming.
“My shoulders were touching the side, and I couldn’t move my arms,” he recalled. “Then they would drill the lid on and it would get dark.”
Despite the claustrophobic setup, the actor surprisingly described the experience as peaceful.
“It was really nice, actually,” Elordi added. “It was quite peaceful.”
