Teknosys wins two Gold and three Merit Awards for solutions spanning artificial intelligence, data analytics, finance, marketing and digital entertainment.
KARACHI: Teknosys, the software intelligence arm of JazzWorld, has secured five honours at the P@SHA ICT Awards 2026, including two Gold Awards and three Merit Awards, recognising its work across artificial intelligence, data analytics and digital solutions.
Teknosys’ FikrFree won Gold in the Banking, Insurance & Finance category, while ROX secured Gold in Media & Entertainment/Game of the Year.
Three other solutions — Meridian, Whispr and Onboarding Buddy — received Merit Awards in Big Data Analytics, Marketing Solutions and Professional Services, respectively.
Teknosys Solutions Recognised Across Multiple Sectors
The recognised platforms address a broad range of enterprise and consumer requirements, highlighting Teknosys’ use of software engineering, artificial intelligence and data capabilities across multiple sectors.
Its solutions cover areas including geospatial and market intelligence, AI-powered brand analysis, employee onboarding, digital insurance management, entertainment and lifestyle services.
The awards reflect the company’s focus on developing technology designed for practical applications across both business and consumer environments.

Khalid Shehzad, Chief Technology Officer at JazzWorld, said the awards highlighted locally developed technology designed to address practical requirements for consumers and businesses.
“These awards recognise technology being built locally to solve real needs for consumers and businesses,” he said.
He added that Teknosys’ focus was on applying AI and data to improve decision-making while developing digital platforms designed to simplify everyday experiences.
According to Shehzad, the broader objective is to use technology to address practical challenges and support JazzWorld’s purpose of creating a “Better Life for All”.
P@SHA ICT Awards 2026
Organised by the Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA), the ICT Awards 2026 evaluated more than 1,380 entries through judging rounds held in Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore.
The awards featured 10 main categories alongside 41 sub- and cross-categories, recognising technology companies, startups and innovators from across Pakistan.
Eligible winners also receive an opportunity to represent Pakistan at the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA) Awards, giving locally developed technology solutions the opportunity to gain wider regional recognition.
