Temperatures may feel as high as 43°C as humid conditions persist during Eid holidays in Karachi

Karachi is expected to experience very warm and humid weather during Eid-ul-Adha 2026, according to the latest weekly weather forecast.

Pakistan is likely to observe Eid-ul-Adha on May 27, 2026, with hot weather conditions expected to continue across Karachi, potentially creating difficulties for residents planning outdoor activities and animal sacrifice arrangements during the holiday period.

According to forecasts issued by AccuWeather, the city will remain breezy and very warm, with daytime temperatures ranging between 36°C and 37°C over the coming days.

On Tuesday, May 26, Karachi is forecast to record a high of 37°C and a low of 28°C. However, the “RealFeel” temperature could climb to 43°C because of humidity and warm winds. Weather conditions are expected to remain breezy with gradually decreasing cloud cover.

On Eid day, Wednesday, May 27, temperatures are expected to hover around 36°C under partly bright skies. The RealFeel temperature may reach 41°C, while west-southwesterly winds are forecast at around 24 kilometers per hour.

The warm spell is expected to continue through Thursday and Friday, with daytime temperatures remaining close to 36°C. Extended sunshine hours and hazy conditions may further increase discomfort across the city.

Weather forecasts also indicate a very high ultraviolet (UV) index of 12 throughout the week, categorized as “very unhealthy,” prompting health experts to advise residents to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight during peak afternoon hours.

Citizens have been advised to stay hydrated, reduce outdoor activity during midday hours and take precautionary measures against heat-related illnesses as Karachi experiences intense pre-monsoon weather conditions during the Eid holidays.
