The reality star says she would return to the dance competition if her entire family joined her, despite admitting she cried during her first stint on the show.

Kim Kardashian has revealed that she would consider returning to Dancing with the Stars if the entire Kardashian-Jenner family competed against one another in a special season.

The 45-year-old star of All’s Fair made the revelation during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Thursday, where she reflected on her experience on the ABC dance competition.

Kardashian competed in the show’s seventh season in 2008, partnering with professional dancer Mark Ballas. However, her journey ended in 11th place after she was eliminated in the third week.

Looking back, she admitted that she struggled with the experience and desperately wanted to leave the competition.

“I would honestly cry in my trailer, like, every single night, praying to get kicked off,” she recalled, explaining that her shyness prevented her from enjoying the performances. She added that the experience had left her “traumatised” and that she had “never danced again”.

Recently, Kardashian revisited her old performances after her sister Kylie screened them during a family poker night. Watching the footage reminded her of some of her dance moves and made her wish she had possessed the confidence she has today.

The experience sparked an idea for a Kardashian-Jenner family edition of the show, with relatives competing against one another. Kardashian said her sisters liked the proposal, although she was unsure whether producers would agree.

She also praised her brother Rob Kardashian, who finished runner-up in the show’s 13th season in 2011.

“I would just want us all back,” she said, adding that she would return if given the opportunity. Host Jimmy Kimmel assured her that the show would “definitely bring you back”.

The programme previously staged an All-Stars season in 2012.
