Kris Jenner has finally addressed long-running rumours about her weight loss, confirming that she did try Ozempic before it became a widespread Hollywood trend.
Speaking on the SHE MD podcast, the 70-year-old reality star revealed that she and an unnamed companion experimented with the GLP-1 injections “once when no one knew what it was.”
Her admission comes after years of speculation that began in 2023, when fans noticed her noticeably slimmer appearance in photos from a trip to Tuscany, fueling assumptions about weight-loss medications.
Kris Jenner Describes Unpleasant Side Effects
Jenner explained that her experience with Ozempic was not positive, saying it made her feel “really sick” and “nauseous.”
Because of those side effects, she decided to stop using it and explore alternative wellness approaches instead.
Shift to Peptides and Hormone Health
Following her experience, Jenner said she transitioned to peptide injections and various supplements, claiming they suit her better and provide increased energy.
She also highlighted her long-term commitment to hormone health, revealing that she undergoes blood tests every three months to monitor her balance—a routine she has followed since the age of 45.
Addressing Facelift Rumours
Her comments on Ozempic came shortly after she dismissed rumours surrounding her 2025 facelift.
Claims had circulated that she was unhappy with her results, but Jenner denied them during an appearance on her daughter Khloé Kardashian’s podcast, calling the reports a “flat-out lie.”
She praised her surgeon, Dr Steven Levine, stating she is “obsessed” with the results and very satisfied with her refreshed jawline.
Confident Approach to Aging
At 70, Jenner says she feels more comfortable in her skin than ever and is no longer concerned with public judgment.
While joking on The Kardashians that her nose may be the only “real” part of her face, she continues to advocate for openness about cosmetic procedures.
From breast augmentations in the 1980s to a hip replacement in 2022, Jenner says her goal is to normalize personal choices about appearance and aging.
