MG Motor Pakistan has officially introduced the all-new MG ZS SUV in the local market, unveiling three variants along with their prices and booking details.
The latest generation of the compact SUV brings significant upgrades in technology, safety, efficiency, and comfort, making it one of the most feature-rich offerings in its segment.
The newly launched MG ZS range consists of three variants. The MG ZS Vibe serves as the entry-level model and is powered by a naturally aspirated petrol engine. Meanwhile, the MG ZS Hybrid+ Excite and MG ZS Hybrid+ Essence variants feature an advanced hybrid powertrain designed to enhance fuel efficiency and performance.
The new-generation MG ZS comes with a refreshed design and a host of premium features. Higher trims are equipped with an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), a larger infotainment display, a fully digital instrument cluster, a panoramic sunroof, and heated as well as ventilated seats.
These enhancements aim to provide a more comfortable and technologically advanced driving experience for Pakistani customers.
MG ZS Price and Booking Details
MG Motor Pakistan has announced the following ex-factory prices and booking amounts:
MG ZS Vibe: Rs6,599,000 with a booking amount of Rs1,200,000.
MG ZS Hybrid+ Excite: Rs7,099,000 with a booking amount of Rs1,200,000.
MG ZS Hybrid+ Essence: Rs7,499,000 with a booking amount of Rs1,200,000.
Engine and Performance
According to the technical specifications, the MG ZS Vibe is powered by a 1,495cc petrol engine paired with a CVT transmission.
The hybrid variants feature a 1,498cc engine combined with an electric motor, delivering a combined output of 158 kW and 465 Nm of torque through a three-speed hybrid transmission. The hybrid models also include a 1.83 kWh traction battery and front-wheel-drive configuration.
Safety and Technology Features
The all-new MG ZS has been engineered with a strong focus on occupant safety. The SUV has earned a prestigious 5-Star ANCAP Safety Rating and incorporates advanced active and passive safety technologies.
Key features include MG Pilot Advanced Driver Assistance System, six airbags, adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking, lane keep assist, blind spot detection, reverse camera, and MG iSMART connectivity.
The vehicle also offers remote climate control, remote vehicle status monitoring, a 10.25-inch HD infotainment screen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a telescopic tilt-adjustable steering wheel, a spacious premium cabin, and a 443-liter luggage compartment expandable to 1,457 liters.
