Naya Nazimabad Apartment REIT reports Rs882 million profit after tax for FY2025-26, down from Rs1.22 billion a year earlier.
Naya Nazimabad Apartment REIT, listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), has reported a decline of more than 27% in its net profit for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026.
According to the financial statements for the year, the REIT posted a profit after tax of Rs882 million, compared with Rs1.22 billion recorded in the previous fiscal year.
The decline in earnings also affected the scheme’s earnings per share (EPS), which fell to Rs3 from Rs4.14 in the preceding year.
The board of directors of Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited, the REIT Management Company of Naya Nazimabad Apartment REIT, met on Thursday to review the financial results.
The board recommended no cash dividend and no bonus shares for the period under review.
Meanwhile, the scheme’s total operating expenses declined to Rs816 million during FY2025-26, compared with Rs876 million in the previous fiscal year.
Despite the reduction in operating expenses, the lower overall earnings resulted in a substantial decline in the REIT’s annual profitability.
The financial statements further show that the company recorded no income tax liability payments in either of the two years under comparison.
The Naya Nazimabad Apartment REIT is among the listed real estate investment trust schemes on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, providing investors exposure to the property sector through a regulated REIT structure.
