Pak Suzuki announces free service campaign for selected Alto models

Owners of selected Suzuki Alto vehicles may qualify for a complimentary inspection and replacement under the company’s Neck Fuel Filler Campaign.

Pak Suzuki Motor Company has announced a special service campaign for selected Suzuki Alto vehicles manufactured between 2019 and 2021. The initiative aims to address a potential issue involving the fuel filler neck, a component that connects the fuel tank to the vehicle’s fuel inlet.

Under the campaign, eligible customers may receive 100 percent free service from the company. The announcement is intended to inform Alto owners about the possible issue and encourage them to have their vehicles inspected by authorized Suzuki dealerships.

Selected Alto Models May Be Affected

According to Pak Suzuki’s customer notification, the campaign covers certain Suzuki Alto vehicles produced in 2019, 2020, and 2021. However, the company has indicated that eligibility may depend on the individual vehicle and its manufacturing details.

The campaign, identified as the “Neck Fuel Filler Campaign,” focuses on the possibility of corrosion developing in the fuel filler neck over time.

Pak Suzuki has advised customers with vehicles from the specified model years to contact an authorized dealer to determine whether their cars are included in the campaign.

Rust Could Damage Fuel Filler Neck

The company explained that the fuel filler neck may develop rust after prolonged use. In severe cases, corrosion could cause the component to become perforated.

A damaged or perforated fuel filler neck may affect the vehicle’s fuel system and should not be ignored. While the company’s announcement does not state that every Alto from the specified years is affected, owners are encouraged to arrange an inspection.

The campaign provides customers with an opportunity to have the suspected issue assessed and receive the applicable service without paying the standard service charges.

Customers Advised to Contact Authorized Dealers

Pak Suzuki has requested all concerned customers to contact their nearest authorized Suzuki dealership and schedule an appointment. Owners can also reach out to the company through its official customer helpline for further information.

Customers should keep their vehicle details available when contacting the company to help dealers verify campaign eligibility.

The announcement highlights the importance of checking older vehicles for potential component deterioration and ensuring that any necessary repairs are carried out through authorized service centers.
