Pakistan clinched their fourth consecutive triumph in the Over 40s Cricket Global Cup, outclassing the West Indies at the iconic National Stadium in Karachi today.

The Pakistan cricket team showcased an outstanding bowling performance, skillfully limiting the West Indies to a modest total of 201 runs within 45 overs.

Spearheading the bowling attack were none other than Abdul Qadir, who clinched three pivotal wickets, and Imran Ali, who added another wicket to the tally.

While the West Indies displayed individual brilliance, with Narsingh Devnarine and Derry Balgobin notching up scores of 49 and 45 runs respectively, their valiant efforts fell short against Pakistan’s relentless pursuit of victory.

The standout performer of the day was Rizwan Aslam, who delivered a stellar innings, amassing an impressive 82 runs. Amjad played a crucial supporting role, contributing 64 runs to bolster the team’s cause.

In their previous encounter, they convincingly triumphed over Australia by seven wickets, successfully chasing down a target of 200 runs.

Pakistan’s journey in this prestigious tournament commenced with a jaw-dropping 248-run victory over Nepal, where they set an imposing total of 384 runs in 45 overs, leaving Nepal trailing far behind with just 134 runs on the board.

The team also delivered a nail-biting win against the United States of America (USA), edging past their opponents by just one wicket, with Tassavur Abbas emerging as the hero of the day.
