Potential bidders are required to adhere to specific terms and conditions outlined by Pakistan Customs:

• Successful bidders must deposit 25% earnest money along with a copy of their CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) on the spot.

• Sealed tenders, accompanied by a pay order equivalent to 25% of the bid amount in the name of the Collector of Customs (Enforcement) Custom House, Karachi, will be accepted for any lot one day before the auction at the Auction Section, Custom House, Karachi.

• A 10% income tax is applicable for filers, while non-filers are subject to a 20% tax, payable along with the bid amount.

• Successful bidders must submit an undertaking and obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Collectorate for the registration of the auctioned vehicle, as per the directives of the Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO) letter No. l-21l-ISB-21-IMP dated 13.05.2022, before the issuance of the Delivery Order.
