Pakistan Women Cricketers Ready to Showcase Skills

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the commencement of the women’s cricket skills camp, set to kick off from Wednesday, July 05.

This exciting initiative will see 20 talented players from Lahore and nearby areas gather at the prestigious National Cricket Academy in Lahore for the first phase, which will run until July 9.

Following the Lahore leg, the camp will then head to Karachi, where it will take place at the Hanif Muhammad High Performance Centre from July 13 to 17. The list of players who will participate in the Karachi camp is yet to be revealed.

The primary objective of this skills camp is to provide intensive training and guidance to the women cricketers, all under the expert supervision of the Pakistan women’s team support staff.

Through practice matches and real-game scenarios, the players will get a golden opportunity to enhance their skills and showcase their true potential.

Selecting and coaching staff will closely assess all participants to identify those possessing technical prowess and a strong competitive spirit.

Among the invited players for the Lahore camp are prominent names such as Aliya Riaz, Bismah Maroof, Nida Dar, and Sidra Amin, along with other promising talents like Fatima Khan and Umm-e-Hani.
