Pakistan’s Dynamic Climbers Ready for Asian Games Challenge

In anticipation of the upcoming Asian Games in Hangzhou, China, Pakistan is gearing up to flaunt its prowess in wall climbing.

With only a month remaining, an exceptional team of five members is eagerly preparing to embrace the challenge.

The vibrant city of Hangzhou is playing host to the much-anticipated Asian Games, where around 10,000 athletes from diverse nations will gather to compete in 42 thrilling sports.

From September 23 to October 8, the world will bear witness to a remarkable display of determination, expertise, and sporting spirit.

Under the guidance of the esteemed Alpine Club of Pakistan, this team showcases both strength and diversity.

Comprised of three male and two female climbers, Pakistan’s representatives are fully equipped to conquer the climbing walls.

The male contingent includes the remarkable talents of Abu Zar Faiz, Zaheer Ahmed, and Fazal Wadood. Meanwhile, the female team is proudly led by Iqra Jillani and Eman Janat.

Providing invaluable support on this journey are experienced officials Rehmatullah and Najeeb Khan. Sport climbing, a sport that made its captivating debut at the Jakarta-Palembang 2018 Asian Games, is poised to enthrall audiences once again as it returns to the spotlight for the 10th edition of the Asian Games in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.
