Karachi, March 18, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) has released its daily shipping program for Tuesday, March 18, 2025, to ensure smooth operations and efficient cargo handling for all stakeholders.
The latest update, recorded at 0800 hours, provides details on vessel movements, including departures, arrivals, and berthing schedules at the port.
Vessel Departures and Sailing Updates
Several key vessels have departed from Port Qasim, carrying a variety of essential commodities. M.T. Maritime Amity, with a length of 182.80 meters, set sail at 15:30 hours after offloading 25,174 metric tons of palm oil. Meanwhile, M.V. Peace Angel, handling 54,502 metric tons of coal, also left the port at the same time under the management of International Shipping & Ports. Additionally, the container vessel M.V. Seapan Santos, with a length of 260 meters, departed at 22:00 hours from QICT-VII.
Incoming Vessels and Berthing Operations
Several vessels have arrived at Port Qasim and are scheduled for berthing to facilitate the smooth transfer of imports and exports. M.V. Agri Ocean, carrying 66,199 metric tons of soybean seed, berthed at 09:00 hours under the supervision of Al-Pine Marine at FAP Terminal. Another vessel, M.T. EM Zenith, arrived carrying 52,875 metric tons of Mogas and docked at FOTCO Terminal at 09:30 hours.
A range of other ships, including M.T. Kaisa I, transporting 3,266 metric tons of LPG, and M.T. Saga, loaded with 18,300 metric tons of palm oil, have also anchored at the port. Additionally, M.V. MSC Greenwich and M.V. Valence are set to manage further shipping activities at their respective berths.
The Port Qasim shipping operations continue to play a crucial role in Pakistan’s trade and logistics sector, ensuring the smooth handling of various imports and exports. With a consistent flow of cargo, the port remains a vital hub for maritime commerce in the region.
