Over the past 24 hours, a total of eight ships have been engaged at PQA berths. The general cargo carrier, ‘Trans Spring,’ departed from the port this morning. Meanwhile, five more vessels – APL Southampton, Tethis-7, Patreas, Evriali, and Crater – are expected to set sail this afternoon, further enhancing the port’s dynamic maritime traffic.

At the Outer Anchorage of Port Qasim, eight ships are currently stationed. Among them, four vessels – Bharadwaj, Pindos, Belforest, and Forshun – are scheduled to load or offload various commodities such as sand, cement, canola seed, and palm oil. Another ship, Al-Safat, is also expected to take berth at MW-1, MW-2, FAP, LCT, and QICT today, further contributing to the port’s bustling activity.

Looking ahead, three container ships – Olympia, CMA CGM Attila, and Maersk Nyassa – are anticipated to arrive at Port Qasim on Saturday, further diversifying the port’s shipping portfolio and bolstering its role as a key maritime hub in the region.

The release of the shipping activity report underscores PQA’s commitment to transparency and effective communication with stakeholders. By providing comprehensive insights into cargo movements, vessel arrivals, and port operations, the report enables stakeholders to make informed decisions and optimize their logistical strategies.
