Karachi, February 17, 2025 – The Port Qasim Authority (PQA) has released its shipping activity report for Monday, February 17, 2025, providing crucial updates for all stakeholders.

The latest report, updated at 8:00 AM, outlines the maritime movements at Port Qasim over the last 24 hours.

According to the report, Port Qasim Shipping operations saw notable activity with the sailing of various vessels. One of the key departures was the M.V. DSM London, which set sail carrying 30,078 metric tons of rice. The vessel, with a length of 180 meters and a draft of 6.25 meters, departed at 3:30 PM, under the agency of Star Shipping, from the FAP berth.

In terms of arrivals, Port Qasim Shipping witnessed the berthing of multiple vessels. The M.T. Woodside Charles Allen arrived with a cargo of 139,800 metric tons of LNG. This 295-meter-long vessel, with a draft of 11.30 meters, berthed at the EETL terminal under the management of GSA (Pvt) Ltd. Additionally, the M.V. Conti Courage, measuring 334.02 meters, arrived at berth QT2-II at 1:00 PM, while the M.V. Gulf Barakah, loaded with containers, berthed at QICT-VII at 5:00 PM.

Port Qasim Shipping activities also included the shifting of vessels within the port. The M.V. Spike, a vessel transporting 58,618 metric tons of soybean seed, was shifted from the outer anchorage to a berth. This 199.86-meter vessel, managed by Al-Pine Marine, completed the operation at midnight.
