Islamabad, February 11, 2025 – Punjab is set to experience predominantly cold and sunny weather over the next three days, according to the latest forecast from the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).
The PMD predicts that most districts in Punjab will witness cold and dry conditions until Thursday, February 13, 2025. Daytime temperatures will remain cool, while nights are expected to be significantly colder.
For Wednesday, February 12, 2025, the forecast indicates that most areas in Punjab will experience cold and dry weather. Similarly, on Tuesday night, February 11, 2025, the weather is expected to remain dry and cold across Punjab, with the exception of Murree, Galiyat, and nearby areas, where partly cloudy skies are anticipated.

On a broader scale, the PMD reports that continental air is dominating most parts of Pakistan. Additionally, a weak westerly wave is impacting the upper regions of the country, bringing minor weather variations.
Tuesday’s Forecast
Most of the country is expected to remain cold and dry. However, certain areas, including upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, and adjoining hilly regions, may experience cloudy conditions with light rain or snowfall.
Wednesday’s Forecast
Cold and dry conditions will persist nationwide, though isolated areas in Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan could see partly cloudy weather accompanied by light rain or snowfall.
