Although it’s still early for Samsung Galaxy S24 FE pre-orders, a recent leak has revealed some essential details about the upcoming device.
Samsung accidentally posted the pre-order sign-up page for the S24 FE before quickly taking it down. However, some quick observers managed to capture images and pricing information for the US market.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE will be available in two storage variants: 128GB and 256GB. The 128GB model will be priced at $650, while the 256GB model will sell for $710. In comparison, last year’s Galaxy S23 FE started at $600, making the S24 FE slightly more expensive.
As for color options, Samsung will offer four different colorways, which have yet to be officially confirmed but were showcased in the leaked images. In terms of design and camera hardware, the S24 FE closely mirrors the S23 FE.
The phone will feature a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, an 8MP telephoto camera with 3x zoom, and a 10MP front-facing camera for selfies.
One notable addition to the Galaxy S24 FE is the new ProVisual Engine, which combines features like Nightography, Generative Edit, AI Fusion, and Expert RAW.
While the exact capabilities for the Samsung S24 FE’s version of the ProVisual Engine are still unclear, it brings advanced imaging and photo-editing capabilities, similar to what was introduced in the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
The device will run on an Exynos 2400e chipset, a slightly underclocked version of the processor found in the main Samsung S24 series. It will come with 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of storage. The Galaxy S24 FE will also feature a 6.7-inch OLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
The official unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, alongside the Galaxy Tab S10 series, is expected on October 3.
