KARACHI: Appellate Tribunal, Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) on Thursday issued timings during the holy month of Ramazan ul Mubarak 1442 Hijri.
In pursuance of High Court of Sindh’s Notification issued April 03, 2021, the Apellate Tribunal, Sindh Revenue Board, Karachi will observe the following office timings during the holy month of Ramazan ul Mubarak 1442 Hijri:
The court timings shall be from 09:00 am to 01:00 pm on Monday to Thursday. For Fridays the timings shall be from 09:00 am to 01:00 pm.
The office timings shall be from 09:00 am to 02:00 pm on Monday to Thursday. For Fridays the timings shall be from 09:00 am to 01:00 pm.
The revised schedule has been introduced to facilitate litigants, lawyers, and staff members during the fasting month while ensuring uninterrupted judicial and administrative functions at the tribunal. Officials said all concerned departments and visitors should strictly follow the notified timings to avoid inconvenience.
The SRB Appellate Tribunal handles matters relating to tax disputes and appeals under provincial tax laws in Sindh. Authorities further stated that normal office and court timings would be restored after the conclusion of Ramazan ul Mubarak. Citizens and legal practitioners have also been advised to remain updated regarding any further changes or special directives issued by the High Court of Sindh or SRB administration.
