ISLAMABAD, October 16, 2024 – In a significant move, Pakistan has announced a revision in petroleum prices, marking the second adjustment for October. This revision comes as part of the government’s ongoing effort to align domestic fuel prices with fluctuating international market rates. The new prices take effect from October 16, 2024.

Karachi, September 30, 2024 – As of today, the petroleum prices in Pakistan remain as follows: Petrol at Rs 249.10 per liter, High-Speed Diesel (HSD) at Rs 249.69 per liter, Kerosene at Rs 158.47 per liter, and Light Diesel Oil (LDO) at Rs 141.93 per liter.

ISLAMABAD – The Pakistani government has adjusted the exchange rate used for calculating petroleum product prices, effective from September 16, 2024. This move led to a slight reduction in the cost of petrol, with minimal impact on high-speed diesel (HSD) prices.
