Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are reportedly maintaining strict secrecy over their upcoming wedding plans, with even invited guests unaware of the exact location, according to media reports and people familiar with the matter.
The high-profile couple, who became engaged last summer after two years of dating, are said to be planning a ceremony that could take place around the Fourth of July weekend, though no official date or venue has been publicly confirmed.
A source cited by Rob Shuter’s Naughty But Nice Substack said there is “a date — but no venue,” adding that the decision to withhold details is “completely intentional.” The source said even guests invited to the wedding have not been informed of where the ceremony will take place.
“There’s a strong effort to maintain total control and total privacy,” the source added, noting that details are expected to be revealed at the last possible moment. “If the location got out early, it would turn into a circus,” the source said, referring to the intense global attention surrounding both stars.
Swift and Kelce’s relationship has been one of the most closely followed celebrity romances in recent years, drawing widespread media coverage since they began dating. Their engagement announcement last year quickly went viral across social media platforms.
Speaking on The Graham Norton Show after the engagement, Swift hinted at secrecy surrounding the event, telling the host, “Oh, you’ll know,” when asked about wedding plans. She also joked about inviting him, adding to public speculation.
Swift has previously said she intends to avoid a stressful guest list process, suggesting she does not want to narrowly evaluate relationships when planning her wedding.
Neither Swift nor Kelce have publicly commented on wedding arrangements, and representatives for the couple have not confirmed any details regarding date, venue, or guest list as speculation continues to grow globally.
