Taylor Swift’s relationship with NFL star Travis Kelce continues to capture media attention, and now she has won the admiration of another member of the Kelce family.
Travis’s brother, Jason Kelce, recently expressed his admiration for the superstar during an appearance on the 94WIP Morning Show.
While discussing Swift’s recent triumph at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards, where she took home seven awards, Jason couldn’t help but commend her for her impressive talents.
“She is just so talented it’s ridiculous,” the former football player remarked. “Not only as a singer and songwriter, but production-wise, she’s involved in every facet of her career.”
The 36-year-old drew comparisons between Taylor Swift and legendary figures in the music industry, saying, “When I think of the big names in music that have sustained their careers over such a long time, she’s right up there. She’s at that Bruce Springsteen level.”
Jason further admired Taylor Swift’s ability to juggle multiple roles, noting her prowess not only as a performer but also as a businesswoman and producer.
“A lot of great artists were just great at being artists, but when you can also be a great business manager and producer — wearing all those hats — it’s remarkable,” he said.
While Jason praised Taylor Swift’s professional accomplishments, he also acknowledged the challenges of being linked to such a high-profile figure.
He admitted that since Travis and Taylor Swift started dating in 2023, his own life has experienced changes. “There’s a lot of attention, which can be both positive and negative,” he shared, hinting at the pressures that come with being associated with a global icon.
Despite the overwhelming public interest, Jason believes Swift has built an unwavering fanbase that genuinely loves and supports her. The Eras Tour singer, currently taking a break after wrapping up the European leg of her tour, continues to dominate both the charts and award shows.
