Rumors about Swift’s potential deposition began circulating after Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, suggested that she could be called to provide testimony. However, according to those close to Swift, she isn’t losing sleep over the possibility. “Taylor is simply enjoying some alone time with Travis [Kelce] and taking a break from the spotlight for a little bit,” the insider added.
Baldoni’s countersuit against Lively, filed three weeks ago, mentioned Swift’s name, raising questions about her role in the case. Freedman later clarified that while no final decision had been made regarding Swift’s deposition, she remains a possible witness. “I don’t know that we’re going to depose Taylor Swift. I think that that’s going to be probably a game-time decision.
