The Devil Wears Prada sequel is heading to digital platforms and streaming services, with a special home release that includes a gag reel showing behind-the-scenes moments featuring the film’s star-studded cast.

According to People Magazine, the sequel will be available for digital purchase on June 30, followed by a physical release on July 28. It will then begin streaming on Disney+ and Hulu starting July 29.

The home release will include bonus content such as bloopers, behind-the-scenes footage, and featurettes detailing the making of the sequel. One of the highlights is a gag reel featuring cast members including Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci laughing through on-set mishaps.

Among the standout moments is a clip showing Streep briefly stumbling in her seat, offering fans a rare glimpse of the acclaimed actress breaking character while portraying the iconic Miranda Priestly.

The bonus content also provides an inside look at filming locations across New York and Italy, along with a closer examination of the film’s evolving fashion aesthetics, which remain a central theme of the franchise. A surprise cameo from NBA star Karl-Anthony Towns is also featured in one of the lighter moments of the gag reel.

The sequel continues the story years after the original 2006 hit, following Andy Sachs as she returns to Runway magazine as a features editor. Her professional journey once again intersects with Miranda Priestly, reigniting the high-pressure world of fashion publishing.

The release also includes a music video for the original song Runway, performed by Lady Gaga and Doechii, adding a musical element to the expanded home edition.

With its mix of behind-the-scenes humor, star power, and fashion-driven storytelling, the sequel’s digital release is expected to attract strong viewership across global streaming platforms.
