Zimbabwe fans are gearing up to fill the stadiums once again as tickets for the highly anticipated ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier have gone on sale. With a strong history of attendance at recent events, the excitement is palpable as cricket enthusiasts eagerly secure their spots for the tournament.
Taking place from June 18, 2023, to July 9, 2023, the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier will be hosted across four venues, namely Harare and Bulawayo.
The competition will feature 10 teams divided into two groups, all competing for the final two coveted spots at the Cricket World Cup in India later this year.

Zimbabwe, as the host nation of the CWC Qualifier, is considered one of the top contenders in the tournament, alongside the esteemed Cricket World Cup champions Sri Lanka and the West Indies.
To ensure accessibility for all fans, ticket prices have been set between $2 and $10 for the four group matches involving Zimbabwe, as well as the Super Six fixtures and the CWC Qualifier Final. Furthermore, spectators can attend group matches not involving the hosts free of charge.
Excitement is building as former Zimbabwe international and Qualifier tournament director, Hamilton Masakadza, expressed his enthusiasm for the ticket release, emphasizing the importance of fans to the game. He remarked, “Fans are the lifeblood of the game, and I am thrilled to witness tickets being made available to the public at such affordable prices.”

Cricket enthusiasts can purchase their tickets conveniently at cricketworldcup.com. Additionally, tickets will be sold at the venue gates on match days, subject to availability.
The Cricket World Cup Qualifier will kick off with the hosts, Zimbabwe, facing a spirited Nepal in Group A play at the Harare Sports Club on June 18, 2023.
Subsequently, Zimbabwe will clash with the Netherlands at the same venue on June 20, 2023, followed by matches against the West Indies and USA on June 24, 2023 and June 26, 2023, respectively.
In Group B, Sri Lanka, Ireland, Scotland, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates will compete against each other. The top three teams from each group will progress to the Super Six stage, where they will play three matches against the teams they did not meet in the initial group phase.
