Toyota Pakistan raises car prices up to 37% in just two months

Indus Motor Company Limited – manufacturer of Toyota cars in Pakistan – has raised prices up to 37 per cent in just last two months.

According to analysis by JS Global, the company increased the prices by five times during January 13 to March 10 this year. The analysts disclosed that the maximum price increase has been witnessed in Fortuner Legender Diesel by 37 per cent to Rs20.13 million from Rs15.91 million.

Details of price hike of the Toyota cars are as follow:

The price of Toyota Yaris GLI CVT 1.3 has been increased by 27 per cent from Rs3.77 million to Rs4.29 million.

The price of Toyota Yaris ATIV CVT 1.3 has been increased by 27.23 per cent from Rs3.93 million to Rs5.00 million.

The price of Toyota Yaris ATIV X CVT 1.5 has been increased by 35.44 per cent from Rs4.26 million to Rs5.77 million.

The price of Toyota Corolla Altis X Auto 1.6 has been increased by 35.94 per cent from Rs4.98 million to Rs6.77 million.

The price of Toyota Corolla Altis X SE Auto 1.6 has been increased by 35.58 per cent from Rs5.48 million to Rs7.43 million.

The price of Toyota Corolla Altis Grande X CVT 1.8 has been increased by 35.65 per cent from Rs5.75 million to Rs7.80 million.

The price of Toyota Hilux Revo GAT has been increased by 26.19 per cent from Rs10.31 million to Rs13.01 million.

The price of Toyota Hilux Revo VAT has been increased by 35.75 per cent from Rs10.60 million to Rs14.39 million.

The price of Toyota Revo Rocco has been increased by 35.78 per cent from Rs11.81 million to Rs15.18 million.

The price of Toyota Fortuner 2.7G has been increased by 36.53 per cent from Rs11.58 to Rs15.81.

The price of Toyota Fortuner Legender has been increased by 37 per cent from Rs15.91 to Rs20.13.
