Apple has officially started open sales of several newly announced devices, including the iPhone 17e, the latest iPad Air models powered by the M4 chip, and refreshed MacBook laptops featuring the M5 processor.
The new lineup also includes updated Studio Display and Studio Display XDR monitors, expanding Apple’s hardware ecosystem for both everyday users and professionals.
iPhone 17e Now Available with Higher Base Storage
The iPhone 17e arrives with a notable change in its storage configuration. Apple has discontinued the 128GB base variant and now starts the lineup with 256GB of storage. Despite the upgrade, Apple has kept the starting price unchanged in most global markets compared to the previous iPhone 16e model.
The 256GB version of the iPhone 17e starts at $599 in the United States and £599 in the United Kingdom, while the 512GB variant is priced at $799 and £799 respectively. Interestingly, the higher-capacity 512GB model is cheaper than the equivalent storage version of the previous generation in several markets, offering better value for users who require more space for apps, photos, and videos.
Both variants come with 8GB of RAM, ensuring improved multitasking and smoother overall performance.
New M4 iPad Air Models in 11-inch and 13-inch Sizes
Apple has also launched the 2026 iPad Air lineup powered by its M4 chip. The tablets are available in two sizes: an 11-inch model and a larger 13-inch version.
Unlike the iPhone 17e, the new iPad Air models still begin with 128GB of storage on the base variant. Users can upgrade to 256GB, 512GB, or even 1TB of storage depending on their needs. However, as with most Apple products, higher storage tiers come with a significant price increase.
All variants of the new iPad Air feature 12GB of RAM, making them suitable for productivity tasks, creative work, and demanding applications.
The 11-inch model starts at $600 for the 128GB version and goes up to $1,100 for the 1TB configuration. Meanwhile, the larger 13-inch variant begins at $800 and reaches $1,300 for the top storage option.
New Macs and Displays Also Go on Sale
Alongside the smartphones and tablets, Apple has also released the latest MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models powered by the new M5 chip. The company has further expanded its display lineup with updated Studio Display and Studio Display XDR monitors.
With open sales now underway, Apple’s latest devices are available through official stores and authorized retailers in multiple markets worldwide.
