Apple has officially launched its dedicated online store in Saudi Arabia, allowing customers in the Kingdom to purchase Apple products directly from the company for the first time.
While Apple devices were previously available through third-party retailers, the new online platform offers a complete Apple shopping experience tailored to the local market.
Available both on the web and through the Apple Store app, the platform supports the Arabic language and provides access to the full range of Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watches, and accessories. The app also offers personalized recommendations based on the user’s current Apple devices.
Customers can compare product models, save items, and track orders with ease. The store also features configure-to-order options for Mac devices and allows users to customize their Apple Watch case and band combinations. Additionally, Apple offers free engraving services in both Arabic and English for AirPods, Apple Pencil, and AirTag, with support for emojis, numbers, and text.
Customer support is available through chat and phone, and Apple’s Personal Setup service is now offered in Saudi Arabia to assist users with setting up their new devices, switching to iOS, and activating cellular features. The company has also introduced a Buy Now, Pay Later option, allowing customers to split payments into four monthly installments with 0% interest.
AppleCare+ is now supported in the Kingdom, providing extended warranty and service coverage. Additionally, Apple’s trade-in program is now live, letting customers exchange eligible devices for credit towards new purchases.
Looking ahead, Apple has plans to open physical retail stores in Saudi Arabia starting next year. This includes an iconic flagship store in Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage site, marking a major step in Apple’s expansion in the Middle East.
With this launch, Apple aims to deliver exceptional service and a seamless shopping experience to customers across Saudi Arabia.
