ISLAMABAD: Finance division has advertised to invite applications for appointment of CEO National Bank of Pakistan (NBP).
The authority said that it required the services of a dynamic and qualified full time professional for the position of president/CEO NBP to be filled in accordance with Section 11(3)(a) of Banks (Nationalization) Act, 1974.
The finance division stated that a candidate must have minimum qualification of graduation or equivalent from a local or foreign institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
The age of candidate must be between 40 to 62 years of age on the closing date of advertisement.
All those whose names are in the panel of professional bankers or eligible to qualify for inclusion in the list of professional bankers maintained by State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and to meet the Fit and Proper Criteria of SBP. Further, applicant must be a Pakistani national.
The terms and conditions of the selected candidate shall be settled in accordance with the laid down procedure in the BNA, 1974.
The finance division stated that interested applicants should apply online through National Job Portal www.njp.gov.pk latest by February 24, 2023.
It further said that hard copies of application, CV, CNIC and testimonials (duly verified by institutions attended) shall also be submitted within the stipulated time.
Applications not received through online job portal and those received after February 24, 2023 will not be entertained.
