KARACHI – Premier Systems (Pvt) Ltd., the official importer and distributor of Audi vehicles in Pakistan, has issued a clarification regarding recent misleading claims about Audi’s operations in the country.
The company reaffirmed its strong partnership with Audi AG, ensuring uninterrupted sales, service, and warranty coverage in line with international standards.
According to the statement, Premier Systems has been representing Audi in Pakistan since 2005 and remains solely responsible for all Audi-related operations, including sales, after-sales services, and warranty support. The company emphasized that its collaboration with Audi AG is fully aligned with the automaker’s global vision and commitment to excellence.
Addressing circulating rumors, Premier Systems assured customers that there is no disruption in the import of Audi vehicles or genuine Audi parts. The import process remains smooth and uninterrupted, ensuring continued support for Audi owners across Pakistan.
The company also clarified that while it is currently involved in a legal dispute with a single customer in Pakistan, there are no disputes or legal cases between Premier Systems and Audi AG, either locally or internationally. Any suggestions to the contrary were described as “false, baseless, and deliberately misleading.”
Premier Systems strongly rejected all false claims and confirmed that its legal representatives are pursuing action under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA), along with other applicable laws. The company noted that any ongoing or future proceedings remain a matter for the courts, in which it has full trust.
Reassuring Audi customers, Premier Systems reiterated its long-term commitment to the Pakistani market. The company pledged to continue investing in customer experience, ensuring that all Audi owners in Pakistan receive the same premium standards of service and warranty support as anywhere else in the world.
