Supermodel Bella Hadid is expanding her career into acting, and her experience on Ryan Murphy’s series The Beauty has given her a fresh perspective on life and creativity.

The 29-year-old model shared with Vogue on Thursday, March 12, that embodying a character taught her valuable lessons about control, perfectionism, and stepping outside her comfort zone.

“The entire set taught me how to release control and the obsession with perfectionism. My comfort zone is when I’m in control, but I knew I had to get out of my comfort zone, let loose, and let go,” Hadid said.

As the founder of Orebella, Hadid admitted that she often overthinks her appearance, but her time on set allowed her to suspend that self-consciousness. “Being beautiful or perfect was the lowest thing on this list at the end of a day on set, and that was a really big learning lesson for me. I will have that for the rest of my life,” she explained.

In The Beauty, Hadid plays Ruby, an international supermodel who experiments with a dark and mysterious cosmetic drug. Looking ahead, she revealed her dream project: acting in a rom-com inspired by her love of horses.

“If they do a live-action Spirit movie, sign me up, I’m ready to go,” she said, merging her passion for acting and horses.

Bella Hadid’s transition from modeling to acting highlights her versatility and willingness to embrace new challenges, showing fans a different side of the supermodel beyond the runway.
