Ben Affleck hands over $60m Beverly Hills mansion stake to JLo

Actor Ben Affleck has reportedly transferred his entire stake in a $60 million Beverly Hills mansion he previously shared with former wife Jennifer Lopez, according to court documents cited by TMZ.

The filing reportedly shows that the former couple amended their property settlement agreement through a “transfer of property among spouses,” effectively handing Affleck’s share of the luxury estate to Lopez.

Sources cited in the report said Affleck transferred his full interest in the property without receiving payment.

The Beverly Hills mansion was purchased by the couple in May 2023 for approximately $60.85 million in cash. Following the purchase, millions more were reportedly spent on renovations and upgrades, making it one of the most high-profile celebrity real estate holdings in Los Angeles.

The property was first listed for sale in July 2024, shortly before Lopez filed for divorce. It was initially priced at $68 million before being reduced to $52 million in September, though it has yet to attract a buyer.

At present, Lopez is believed to be residing at the mansion while another home she recently acquired undergoes renovation work.

The latest development comes amid continued financial and personal restructuring following the couple’s separation, which has drawn significant public attention given their high-profile relationship and joint investments.

Separately, Affleck has recently been linked to business activity outside Hollywood, with reports suggesting he was involved in the sale of his AI company, InterPositive, to Netflix for a reported $600 million, though details of the deal have not been officially confirmed.

Neither Affleck nor Lopez has publicly commented on the reported property transfer.
