A decade-long friendship between Hollywood star Blake Lively and global pop sensation Taylor Swift has reportedly come to an end following tensions linked to a legal dispute involving Lively and actor-director Justin Baldoni.
According to Radar Online, cracks began to appear in the pair’s once-tight bond when private texts from Lively surfaced during legal proceedings, in which she likened herself to Game of Thrones’ Khaleesi and referred to Swift as her “dragon.” The Eras Tour singer allegedly felt blindsided by her name being drawn into the situation without consent.
The situation escalated further when Swift was subpoenaed as a witness in the court case involving Lively and It Ends With Us co-star Baldoni.
Although Swift’s team publicly clarified that the Grammy winner had no involvement in the film production and had never set foot on set, the damage to their relationship had already been done.
