Hollywood star Bradley Cooper has finally spoken out about rumors linking him to the much-anticipated Ocean’s Eleven prequel starring Margot Robbie. The speculation began after several reports hinted that Cooper might be joining the project under Robbie’s production banner.
While promoting his new film Is This Thing On?, Cooper was asked about the possibility of working with Robbie. He hinted at admiration for her company, co-founded with her husband Tom Ackerley, saying, “They’ve built a company that does remarkable work. It would be amazing to collaborate with both of them.”
Cooper also took a moment to applaud Robbie’s dedication, describing her as “one of the most hardworking and talented people in the industry.”
The upcoming Ocean’s Eleven prequel will explore events leading up to Danny Ocean’s (George Clooney) legendary 2001 casino heist. Earlier, Variety confirmed that Lee Isaac Chung has replaced Jay Roach as the film’s director, while Carrie Solomon is penning the screenplay.
Set in glamorous 1960s Europe, the film promises a stylish retro vibe, though its official title remains under wraps. Production is expected to begin next year, fueling excitement among fans of the franchise.
The original Ocean’s Eleven (2001) starred Clooney, Julia Roberts, Matt Damon, Brad Pitt, and the late Bernie Mac, making it a modern classic that Cooper now seems poised to join.
