Britney Spears, pop sensation and cultural icon, took to social media on Tuesday to honor the women in Hollywood who have deeply inspired her. In a heartfelt Instagram Stories post, Britney Spears expressed admiration for a number of fellow female stars, referring to them as women she “genuinely admire[s]” and even has “crazy girl crushes on.”

“I wanted to share the women who inspire me!!!” Britney Spears began in her message, before listing several high-profile figures from the entertainment industry. Among those receiving special praise were Pamela Anderson, Selena Gomez, Kendall Jenner, Drew Barrymore, and Camila Cabello.

Britney Spears started by describing Pamela Anderson as “a classic babe,” noting how the “Baywatch” star seems “so sweet.” The pop icon went on to highlight Natalie Portman, recalling a memorable encounter they shared in New York City. “I feel like she’s the coolest person I ever met,” Spears wrote, revealing that the two had an unexpected fashion coincidence. “We had the same shirt on!!!” she added.

Next on Spears’ list was Camila Cabello, the Cuban-American singer who has been making waves in the music industry. Spears gushed over Cabello, calling her “so darn pretty” and admitting that the singer’s infectious personality makes her laugh out loud. “Her personality is so sweet and kooky, I think it’s healthy to be silly!!!” Spears confessed, adding, “I wish I was more like that!!!”

Kendall Jenner, the supermodel and reality TV star, also received Spears’ admiration. She playfully marveled at Jenner’s beauty, questioning, “Is it even normal to be that pretty??? Geez.”

Spears rounded out her list by paying tribute to Selena Gomez and Drew Barrymore, calling them “literally gorgeous” and expressing her admiration for their talent and grace.

While the singer admitted she had “no idea” why she felt compelled to write the note, her tribute seems to have stemmed from reflections on friendship and personal growth. Earlier in the same post, Spears had written about how close friendships from childhood often evolve as people grow older.

Reflecting on those changes, she shared, “Years go by, and you get married and grow up and live worlds apart… It’s called life!” She ended her message with a sense of nostalgia, stating, “I’m away writing my novel and learning about myself, but I do so miss being silly with the girls.”

Spears’ candid post offered a glimpse into her introspective side while celebrating the women who inspire her both professionally and personally.
