BTS is officially gearing up to set the stage for what could become one of the most historic world tours in K-pop history. Jimin, Jin, Jungkook, J-Hope, RM, Suga, and V are back together and working tirelessly to prepare an unforgettable BTS world tour that fans across the globe have been waiting years to experience.
According to industry insiders, the tour will coincide with the release of the group’s highly anticipated second studio album. Since their reunion in June, all seven members have reportedly relocated to Los Angeles, where they are writing, recording, and rehearsing new music. With an estimated four million fans expected to attend 65 concerts worldwide, the BTS world tour could break records for attendance and revenue, averaging more than 60,000 fans per show.
Researcher Kim Hyun Young from Hyundai Motor Securities suggested the tour could span from May to December 2026, making it a near year-long global celebration of BTS’s return.
Leading up to the album and tour, BTS is keeping fans engaged with worldwide events, including screenings of four iconic concert films in 2,500 theaters across 65 countries from September 24 to October 5.
While members have occasionally appeared at fashion shows abroad, they largely returned to South Korea in September to finalize their new project. With all seven idols having completed their mandatory military service, anticipation is at an all-time high. The upcoming BTS world tour promises to be a monumental moment in global music.
