Cardi B and Offset put their unresolved divorce aside to celebrate son Wave’s fifth birthday and daughter Blossom’s upcoming second birthday together.
Cardi B and Offset have reunited to celebrate the birthdays of two of their children, highlighting their apparent commitment to amicable co-parenting despite their unresolved divorce.
The former couple both shared Instagram Stories from a joint birthday celebration on Saturday for their son Wave and daughter Blossom. Wave turned five on September 4, while Blossom is due to turn two on September 7.
Although both parents attended the celebration, neither Cardi nor Offset shared photographs or videos showing them together.
Cardi B and Offset’s divorce remains unresolved
Cardi filed for divorce from the Migos rapper in 2024, marking her second attempt to end their marriage.
She had previously filed for divorce in 2020 but later withdrew the case.
The latest divorce proceedings remain unresolved more than a year after the filing. Cardi has previously indicated that financial and property-related disputes have contributed to delays in finalising their separation.
The former couple share three children: daughter Kulture, son Wave and youngest daughter Blossom, who was born in 2024.
Former couple continue to co-parent
Despite their ongoing legal dispute, Cardi and Offset have continued to attend important milestones in their children’s lives together.
Their co-parenting efforts have previously included celebrating Wave’s third birthday with an airplane-themed party in 2024, just weeks after Cardi filed for divorce.
The latest celebration similarly suggests that the former couple are prioritising their children’s milestones despite their unresolved personal and legal matters.
Cardi B and Stefon Diggs welcomed fourth child
Cardi has since moved forward in her personal life. She welcomed her fourth child with NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs in November 2025.
Offset, meanwhile, has continued to co-parent with Cardi, with the pair frequently maintaining a cordial public relationship despite their divorce proceedings remaining unsettled.
Their latest joint birthday celebration reflects the former couple’s apparent effort to keep their children’s important occasions separate from their ongoing personal and legal disputes.
