Changan Pakistan has officially revised the prices of all its locally assembled vehicles, with the changes taking effect from July 1, 2025. This upward revision affects the entire model range including Oshan X7, Alsvin, Karvaan, and Sherpa.
The price hike follows the introduction of new government policies under the 2025–26 federal budget, particularly the implementation of the NEV (New Energy Vehicle) Adoption Levy, which has impacted the cost structure across the automotive sector.
Oshan X7 Sees Major Price Adjustments
The Oshan X7 has undergone a significant price revision. The Comfort (7-seater) variant now costs Rs 8,474,000—an increase of Rs 175,000 from its previous price of Rs 8,299,000.
Both the FutureSense variants have also seen a Rs 200,000 hike. The 5-seater is now priced at Rs 9,149,000 (previously Rs 8,949,000), while the 7-seater has moved from Rs 9,099,000 to Rs 9,299,000.
Alsvin Prices Go Up by Up to Rs 100,000
Changan Alsvin, the company’s compact sedan offering, has also seen price adjustments. The Alsvin Comfort 1.37L MT is now available at Rs 4,189,000, after a Rs 90,000 increase.
Meanwhile, the popular Alsvin Lumiere variant has gone up by Rs 100,000, now costing Rs 4,899,000. The top-end Alsvin Lumiere Black Edition now carries a price tag of Rs 4,999,000—up by Rs 100,000 from its previous rate.
Karvaan Plus Slightly Costlier
Changan’s MPV, the Karvaan Plus 1.2 MPFI, now costs Rs 3,249,000 after a moderate increase of Rs 50,000. This price bump makes it marginally less appealing for budget-conscious family and commercial buyers.
Sherpa Remains the Most Affordable Option
The Sherpa Power Carry model has witnessed the smallest price increase of just Rs 45,000. Its new price stands at Rs 2,349,000, up from Rs 2,304,000, maintaining its position as Changan’s most economical option.
This round of price hikes reflects the broader trend of increasing vehicle costs across Pakistan’s auto industry, driven largely by new fiscal measures and policy changes.
