The company confirmed that its official after-sales operations will begin in Quarter 4 of 2025, when a dedicated team will take charge of customer support and service needs.

“We want to assure every Chery customer that your satisfaction and trust remain central to our commitment. From Quarter 4 of 2025, our after-sales team will be fully prepared to provide the support and service your vehicles deserve,” the statement said.
